About
Skatbo Records is an independent label based in Sweden, home to the doom metal project Doomherre. The name comes from the Swedish word for magpie’s nest — a place where dark, collected things are gathered and kept.
We are the primary master owners of all Doomherre recordings, overseeing the music from inception to release. Physical editions are brought into the world through partnerships with like-minded labels across the globe.
